Service Addison was awful. Not only did the repair take 2 weeks, it took over 45 minutes to complete car pickup. Service advisor at first told mm he applied the 10 per cent AAA Not only did the repair take 2 weeks, it took over 45 minutes to complete car pickup. Service advisor at first told mm he applied the 10 per cent AAA discount when he quoted the repair, before he knew I was a A AA member, then once applied advisor did not give the full 10 percent. When I received the car it was not cleaned from the repair inside or outside. Mechanics grease from the repair all over. Total disappointment with the experience. More

My wife and I moved to Delray Beach from Louisville, KY and we each lease a Mercedes. I had an issue getting my KY license plate off my C-300 and putting the Fl. License plate on. I could not get 2 of the and we each lease a Mercedes. I had an issue getting my KY license plate off my C-300 and putting the Fl. License plate on. I could not get 2 of the 4 screws out. Mercedes Benz of Delray was gracious enough to get the plate off without charging me to do the work. They also washed my car for me. I want to thank John and Shawn for helping me out with this issue.
