When I have called this dealership with a problem, I have never been able to speak to a person who can answer a question. I always have to leave a message with a person I do not know and they "will call me back" Yet , when I am AT the dealership, I see service people playing games on their phones, chatting with each other, but not appearing to be helping customers. I finally had to drive down to the dealership to get an answer to a question and I spoke to three different people in the service area and got THREE different answers. There is no point in calling the above phone number because all I will be able to do is leave a message for an unknown person. I don't have a problem with the actual work, just with the way you treat customers when they need help.
