I took my car for a recall because they call me. They didn't fix anything because is showing me the same issue on the dashboard and they will tell you is free but then when I came to pick up t They didn't fix anything because is showing me the same issue on the dashboard and they will tell you is free but then when I came to pick up the car the radio wasn't working and had no sound I ask Jonathan about it and I didn't received the car because they broke something while " fixing it " He told me I had to pay $300 for the diagnosis. and he told me, that people like me with old cars, when they call us for a recall always try to lie about past problems so they can fix it. What kind of service is this? I came to drop my car for the recall on Saturday 2/18/2023 at 12:09 Pm as you can check on the cameras I was playing music when I drop it off. And now the car has no sound and I have to pay $300 for the " Diagnosis " This is a Scam how can you call someone for a recall instead of fixing it they broke something and then charge me and treat me so bad. More
