The sales people and finance people are excellent. I read the five stars. Within the first seven days there was an issue with the car when I called service I was told no loaner cars until the end of M I read the five stars. I explain the car was only a week old they didn’t care. I asked for the service manager to call me he never did thank God for service recovery from the sales people who took care of me. More
Alan changed my entire perspective regarding the car buying experience. He was absolutely phenomenal. I say this with true meaning that he was the best person I ever encountered. I trusted him so much. It was the end of the day and he still gave it his all. He didn’t even get to eat his lunch because I saw it on the back counter but he was still energized and putting his all into my deal. I wish that you could request him specifically. If I don’t have Alan the next time I purchase a car, I probably won’t buy it. He is the reason that I didn’t walk and request my money back. He’s an amazing person and very down to earth. Mercedes is lucky to have him. Robert was amazing as well. It’s only so much a salesperson can do but he hit the ground running trying to find me an alternative car and make sure I was happy with my factory ordered car. On 4/22/23 I received an email from Carfax noting the listing of a 2013 Tesla Model S Performance vin 5YJSA1CPXDFP18196 for sale at Mercedes-Benz of Delray . I clicked on the email and was brought to the listing of a 2013 Tesla Model S Performance vin 5YJSA1CPXDFP18196 for sale at Mercedes-Benz of Delray . I clicked on the email and was brought to the listing showing the vehicle as a one-owner with 32k miles for $27,495.00. I immediately emailed the dealer with intent to purchase the car. I was emailed back and texted by Robert Langer from the dealership. I offered to place a deposit on the car. I was asked if I would be financing the car. I didn’t have to, but explored avenues to do so. I submitted applications to finance through CapOne (pre approved for $75k) and Suncoast CU (pre approved again for the same). I sent a text to Robert Langer and agreed to the advertised price and again offered to put a deposit on the vehicle only to be told Robert needed to send over a dealer worksheet showing financing options with various down payments. The worksheet I received from Robert and Manager Joseph Cardella suddenly had a $2500 increase in the list price of the vehicle. Advertised price still shows $27,495. Worksheet price of $29,995. This is fraud. Be aware of the practices of this dealership as they are unethical and fraudulent and will be reported to the office of the Attorney General - Florida. More
