I purchased a GLC on May 27 with various protection plans. After reading the fine print, we decided cancel 3 of the 7 plans on June 12, within the 30 day return policy. The refund was to be applied t plans. After reading the fine print, we decided cancel 3 of the 7 plans on June 12, within the 30 day return policy. The refund was to be applied to the loan. Now I am told it takes 6 six months to get a refund. WHY? Disappointed in AutoNation!!! More

I had a steering wheel issue which made the car not drivable. Had to tow the car and leave it in front of gate. I got there the next morning and Shawn with Service was the best.
