I always get the most efficient and courteous service from the moment I set up my appointment, to the moment they return the car and hand me back my key. My maintenance records are thoroughly reviewed in order to keep my vehicle in the best condition, as recommended by the manufacturer. Adam is very clear on his explanations regarding the procedures that apply, the price estimate and the time when my car should be ready for pick-up. He also keeps me up to date during the maintenance/repair procedure in regards to checking problems and additional repairs that may be needed. I have no complaints since I always get First Class Service. More

When walking through the floor room, without exception, all the employees that I pass speak and give me a beautiful smile. If I have stopped in the showroom/dealership, an employee will approach me, very friendly, and ask if I am being helped or whether I need assistance. I have said repeatedly, that who ever does the employee orientation at Mercedes-Benz does an excellent job because everyone there is always courteous, friendly and helpful. The service writers and mechanics are excellent at their jobs too. When ever I have had a problem requiring a repair, I have been serviced extremely professionally, courteously, and the repair has been made. I have become a customer spending a couple grand per quarter keeping two older MBs on the road in top condition. Don't ask these guys to do any favors for you, though, or if you do, prepare to duck as they throw the policy and procedure manual at you. I recently asked them to do a simple FL VIN inspection form while the car was in for $2800 worth of service. Granted, this is form is something that any notary or police officer can perform. I didn't duck, however, and the policy manual came flying across the phone lines and hit me right in the face. I guess spending $2800 on service doesn't make me one of the valuable customers, because they simply refused. What a joke. What a bunch of losers. More
