What a difference! We shopped at other dealers in the South Florida area and we never felt welcomed in any of the other competitor's showrooms (we are a gay couple). Our current car lease was up and we were "ready to buy" buyers. The moment we entered the showroom we were immediately greeted and were assigned a very friendly and knowledgeable sales consultant. We test drove a couple of pre-owned CLK's and decided on one that was in their lot. I was pleasantly surprised how smooth and trouble-free this whole esxperience was to us. My typical experience with the "financing departments" in car dealerships are white-knuckle and extremely tense. None of which occured here. I absolutely recommend this dealership and when the time comes for another Benz in the driveway I will not hesitate in returning to M-B Cutler Bay. Oh, and by the way, the car itself is a dream! Although I did not expect that they would have a lease deal within my price range, this misconception was quickly cleared up as the staff strived to show me different options which would allow me to get a lease that I could in fact afford. Even after I left in order to think about it, the staff strived to achieve the excellence that they reached by maintaining active communications with me in order to address my questions. I even visited their competition, and realized that the level of service and care provided by this dealer would be unmatched. Not only did I leave with exactly the car and deal that I wanted, but I am now making plans to go back and obtain a second car from them as soon as my wife's lease expires at the begining of next year. Of most importance, everyone should ask for Carmen Arrazola, as this was the only sales person in Miami that I dealt with that I fealt took a real interest in me and my wife's needs, and was not just interested in selling me a car. We were looking for a specific vehicle and she guided us through every phase of our search. The sales process began long before we ever visited the dealership - and it was beyond pleasant; professional, punctual, and extremely sincere! My wife and I traveled over an hour and a half with our 3 year-old son to visit Mercedes-Benz of Cutler Bay and we are very glad that we did! From our arrival to our departure, the experience could not have been better. We love new cars, but we do not care much for car dealerships, or the excruciating experience that almost always goes along with purchasing a new car. This was a completely different experience; the dealership was spotless, the cars impeccable, showroom and staff were both warm and inviting, and so ever important - the pricing was most competitive! The overall staff was second to none from the warmth on the telephones to the greeting when you walked in the showroom - extremely accomodating and professional. Financing was even very quick and painless.....can be pretty tough with a 3 year-old. Again, the accomodations with juice, soda, cookies - they had it covered! Giuseppe Todisco was the Finance Manager that handled our financing and he was extremely efficient and professional - thorough, yet precise....thank you! Our overall experience was so far beyond what we expected - We would recommend this dealership to anyone! Mercedes Benz dealerships abroad could learn a thing or two from this facility and what they offer. Integrity is hard to find and we found it throughout the staff at Cutler Bay - they knew their business and were forthright in how the presented the details. As a small business owner, it is always nice to see an operation that is so professionally managed from top to bottom. I told him, and his first offer was better than expected. I walked away thrilled with my purchase. The dealership also never made me feel like I was getting a favor from them for obtaining such an agreeable deal. No typical salesmen lines were used (e.g. "we're not making any money off of you.") He took the time to find the cars we wanted and did everything possible to exceed our expectations. I've purchased quite a few cars in my life, but I've never, ever had the kind of service and attention that I received at Mercedes Benz of Cutler Bay. From the time I entered the dealership until the time I drove my car off the lot, I received the best, most courteous service and attention that I have ever had from any other dealership. My sales consultant, Anthony Demosthenis, went out of his way to get me the best deal possible on my new car. He was knowledgeable and went to great lengths to ensure that all of my questions were answered. There wasn't a single question about the car or the sales process that he was not able to answer. He took us for a test drive and even explained all of the "functions" of the car. Most of all, I never felt pressured or intimidated by Anthony. He made the whole sales process very relaxing and very comfortable for me. I felt like I was talking to a good friend. Anthony is a wonderful sales person and very good at his job, but, more importantly, he is a kind and understanding person who goes out of his way to make sure his clients feel comfortable and taken care of. I've never had such an easy and relaxing time when buying a car....what a difference! The same applies to Mark Winstead, the Finance Manager that completed the sales process for me. As with Anthony, Mark was courteous, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and efficient and did everything he could to make the whole process absolutely seamless!! Mark is a true professional and a very kind and considerate person, which is so rare and hard to find in this particular business. I can't say enough good things about Anthony and Mark. They are honest, forthright and consummate professionals. But most of all, they both made me feel like I was the most important client they had ever had. I'm sure they make everyone feel that way! To say that I highly recommend this dealership would be a gross understatement!!
