I must have looked like a dear in headlights because they gave me the most warm and attentive of sales reps. She was very patient and very descriptive of all of the models I had an eye on, and keeping in line with the budget I had in mind. Never hesitated in spending an additional minute or two explaining in detail the options on the vehicles, and on payment. I also had a great experience with the finance manager, he was also very patient and descriptive. He made sure I understood everything that was taking place and what mine and his obligations would be. I never felt under-minded or taken advantage of. I felt I had the best pricing from the beginning, since I did do some research before heading over, and they beat the pricing I had in mind.
