Not at all pleased. was charged 1600,00 dollars for the work and when I left the dealership the check engine light was back on. Granted that the vehicle was a bit older, but obviously the engine problem wa work and when I left the dealership the check engine light was back on. We are repeat customers! Bought a new S550 in 2010, and got a great deal. Enjoyed excellent customer service for many years. Unfortunately, totaled our car in August. We loved our car and wanted the 2017 S got a great deal. Enjoyed excellent customer service for many years. Unfortunately, totaled our car in August. We loved our car and wanted the 2017 S550 because it was the last year for that particular model. Eureka! Mercedes Benz of Columbus, GA had the car we were looking for and it was the same color as our original one. When we met the salesperson Evelyn, there was an instant connection and I knew that I would purchase a car from her! I was skeptical about buying a used car, but Evelyn explained that a certified pre-owned vehicle was a tremendous asset. It took me a few months to be convinced, but Evelyn was patient and caring, and she continued to look for a car to fit my desires. I love her tenacious, yet no high pressure approach that helped me give my new/old car a home. I sincerely appreciate Evelyn and Mercedes Benz of Columbus, GA for being right here in my home town.
