My car wouldn’t start and Mercedes sent Rene over. He had it started in 2 minutes and noticed my battery was the original from 2014. He replaced it and was gone! The dealership is excellent; however, my AC was supposed to be fixed, but it is still not working. They installed refrigerant, AC oil, and dye. Tech evac and recharged AC system.
