August 1, 2023, I had an 8:00 appt to replace a tire. It is now 1:18pm and my vehicle has not been looked. When I arrived I was informed the service managers and technicians are in a lunch meeting. Needless to say, we dropped the vehicle off at 5pm the day before. This is unacceptable and for sure not the standards nor the integrity of the company. Sadly it is my first visit and very well could be my last!!! UNACCEPTABLE……5 1/2 hours and my vehicle hasn’t been looked at, don’t forget I had an 8:00am appointment More

I live i further. Mercedes-Benz of Columbus, Georgia is the dealership you want to give your business to. I’m not one to do anything the easy way. I live in Northern California. A little over 2400 miles from Columbus, Georgia. The two MB dealerships in my area were unable (unwilling?) to find me the car I wanted. I went to the MBUSA website and put in the criteria I had for my new car. One car popped up at the Columbus dealership. I clicked on the “I’m interested” button and received an email the same day that someone would contact me in the next 24 hours. Evelyn Tolbert called me the next morning, and we started a conversation about the car available at the dealership. She sent me everything I requested including pictures of the car and the window sticker. The car had all the optional equipment I wanted and, we negotiated a price with delivery. I worked with Debi Lewis to electronically sign the necessary paperwork for the car; this was the easiest transaction I’ve had with a car. I went to the bank, initiated a wire transfer and that was that! Evelyn continues to stay in touch with me, checking in to see if I have questions and to give me the status of where the car is in the delivery process. My new car is on a transport truck heading my way and should be here next week. Every single person I have talked to at the Mercedes-Benz of Columbus dealership has been polite, friendly, and helpful. It has been a very different and pleasant experience from what I encountered from the two dealerships local to me. Is this a conventional way to get a car? Not even close. Did MB of Columbus make this as easy as possible? Yes, they did! I really lucked out when I clicked the “I’m interested” button and Evelyn Tolbert picked up the request. Regardless of where you live in the United States, I would highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Columbus, Georgia. They will make everything about purchasing a car a breeze for you. I couldn’t be happier with the experience I’ve had with this dealership. Thank you to everyone involved in making ownership of my dream car a reality. More

I contacted Mercedes-Benz of Columbus on 2/10/2023 about purchasing a 2023 Metris Cargo Van. Evelyn Tolbert and Kennedy McDonald helped me select the options I wanted on a van scheduled for production in Ap purchasing a 2023 Metris Cargo Van. Evelyn Tolbert and Kennedy McDonald helped me select the options I wanted on a van scheduled for production in April. I put a deposit on the van, and it was delivered 5/31/2023. I purchased the van via telephone without actually visiting the dealership and without meeting Evelyn or Kennedy in person. However, I got to meet Evelyn when she delivered my van, which I greatly appreciated, as I live 103-miles from the dealership. Evelyn and Kennedy did everything they said that they would, and I'm very pleased with my purchase. I found them knowledgeable and professional. More
