Abby Mitchell is the BEST I found a replacement used convertible for my recently totaled vehicle. Although I was stymied at every turn by the 'at fault' person's insurance company, Abby Mitchell (and Duane) were eager to help me even though the insurance payment was not forthcoming. The original and subsequent quotes were responsive and professional, as were Abby and Duane. After 3 weeks of delays, during which time Abby was extremely patient, with the 'go ahead', Abby was able to secure financing for me as a 'bridge' to the ultimate settlement with the insurance company. The dealership was even able to deliver the car to me in Dallas, GA! This was a great help. I would, and already have, recommend Abby and this dealership to anyone shopping for a vehicle....even from another state! More
