Despite the fact that I was almost 400 miles away, I was able to complete a deal with a competitive price and competitive trade-in allowance. Ronnie was very attentive and followed up appropriately throughout the process. In addition, the car was delivered in excellent condition. Overall, the process took less than a week, and I never visited the dealership. I would highly recommend Ronnie and this dealership. More

I received a wonderful referral from a recent customer of Ronnie Meares. I had never thought about shopping for a car in Columbus. I live in Atlanta with many Mercedes dealers. However, after speaking with Ronnie a couple of times, I knew where we would be purchasing our next automobile. The transaction was easy and seamless. The car was delivered to my front door. I wish there’s 0 star I visited the dealership for B Service and the car was running fine and when i went to pick the car up I found out there is noise coming up from th I visited the dealership for B Service and the car was running fine and when i went to pick the car up I found out there is noise coming up from the engine, I decided to not drive the car under this condition, in the next morning i got message from the service manager saying that is my car is fine and the noise i was hearing was the direct injection pump on the vehicle. The vehicle had sat for 3 days and was cold after the vehicle warms up the pump will get quiet. I need to pick up our loaner this morning so if you will send me the address you are at i will have a driver leave this am with your vehicle with disrespect, rudeness and the typical hang up the phone on me!!! Then I decided to fill a complaint at MB-USA. At the end of the day i got phone call from the customer service manager and she apologize about what he did and told me that the technician checked out my car again and he said that the noise is normal and not normal. And now the found that they have to change the pison and connecting rod inside the engine which I’ Gonna lose the value of my car. My car has just 27000 miles. More

You feel more like you are dealing with your family rather than someone you just met. The product knowledge and courtesy of staff is similar to many dealerships. What sets them apart is the trust you immediately recognize as genuine and sincere. We were looking for more than just to purchase a new Mercedes. We were seeking to find a dealership that we could build a relationship built on trust. We were also trying to find a dealership where the staff and owner were committed to the long term and looking past the immediate sale. All of the staff we dealt with has been with the dealership 10 years or longer. I called Ronnie a couple days before and told him my situation and was on it from the start. My father and I came to dealership, we traded in my GLK, test drove the new the car, sealed the deal and was out in no time. We laughed and maintained a genuine rapport. Certified resolved issues quickly I purchased a certified pre-own S550 in August 2018. My brake light warning appeared in October 2018. I took my car in for repair. I was informed I purchased a certified pre-own S550 in August 2018. My brake light warning appeared in October 2018. I took my car in for repair. I was informed that the Rotors both back and front, plus brake pads both back and front must be replaced. Cost $2103. This was a shock since I only had the car for 2 months. They informed me that these repairs was not covered so the cost of the repair was my responsibility. My issue is certified pre-own means the car should have been fully inspected before being sold. There is no way I could have worn out Rotors and brakes in 2 months. Several managers at this dealership contacted me and made resolution to my issue very quickly. I am happy with the outcome and will continue my relationship with Mercedes Benz of Columbus Ga More
