After setting up an appointment to have it replaced my dad and I went in and droppedu car off and ended up walking around looking at the used vehicles. Mr. Ronnie came up to us and asked if he could help us find anything. He was really nice and not pushy and allowed me to look at and test drive a GLC 300 that I was interested in. I decided to trade my older car and I was able to sign for my very own car (my dad was a co-signer) and walk out with a better vehicle than I came in with (although all Mercedes are great!) This was my first car purchasing experience that I was directly involved in and signed papers for and I enjoyed every minute of it. Thank you Mr. Ronnie, I’m grateful. More

A fantastically wonderful vehicle shopping experience On a Saturday evening after the dealership was closed, I posed a few questions to several internet sites and had replies from 3 different dealership a On a Saturday evening after the dealership was closed, I posed a few questions to several internet sites and had replies from 3 different dealership associates, including the General Manager, shortly after posting my questions. I spoke with them on Sunday and determined that I was interested in this vehicle. Despite the fact it was already a GREAT deal, they reduced the asking price a little bit more, provided me with a proposed sales invoice by email [through the primary internet site I had contacted] and I purchased the vehicle on Monday morning over the telephone. They delivered the vehicle [with a full tank of gas] to my house [140 miles away in another State] that afternoon, we signed the papers, I gave them a check and we were done! I am very happy and would recommend Mercedes-Benz of Columbus to anyone wishing to purchase from them. All associates to whom I spoke were highly competent and honest! They were not pushy nor did they attempt to obscure anything. It was a very pleasant shopping experience! I will definitely shop with them again in the future. More

I was undecided whether to purchase a Mercedes or another brand. I’m from Florida and had contacted many dealers of both brands. What’s funny is that not one dealer really wanted to sell me a car. I had set my mileage range, at 200 miles, from my house and had no luck finding a dealer.. I had to increase my range to 500 miles. I came across Mercedes Benz of Columbus, GA. When I contacted them, a representative from their dealership named Ronnie contacted me. He was the first person (and I mean person - not salesman) who was interested in selling me a car. Ronnie solved my decision of what brand to buy. The next problem was his dealership 400 miles from my house and I had a car to trade in. He was the first person to ask “What can I do to earn your business”. Wow - nobody ever asked me that question. Well, Ronnie drove 400 miles to deliver my new car and drove back with my trade in. If you’re fortunate enough to live closer than 400 miles from Columbu, GA, and are looking for a Mercedes, call Ronnie.
