My experience was very disappointing. Once, I completed the online application for financing sitting with Malcom on a Wednesday evening. There was no follow up at all from him. SUV inventory was small but they had what I wanted. I didn’t get a good deal because the Atlanta dealership was cutting price on vehicle 4000.00 off sticker. The salesman told me they had what I wanted in Columbus and they would pay my out of state taxes as well. When they sent me the check it was not true . I paid 3.000.00 down on the suv as well. I got the 2.9% apr with Mercedes-Benz. Don’t lie to your customers because we will go elsewhere and tell our grit. I love the suv. The salesman was not truthful. More
