I worked with Casey Wilson but was also welcomed by another gentleman and assisted by Casey's colleague. They had "squeezed" me in because I had an urgent issue and needed my vehicle (an RV) for an up another gentleman and assisted by Casey's colleague. They explained everything thoroughly and were not only efficient but also seemed to genuinely care that I was happy with my RV - so unlike the various RV dealers that I have been forced to interact with in the past. Issue with my Navion motorhome going into countdown while on vacation for DEF light warning. Made contact and was able to return home and deliver to service department so they could squeeze it in, because fi on vacation for DEF light warning. Made contact and was able to return home and deliver to service department so they could squeeze it in, because first opening was three plus weeks out. Ryan Reddick was always available to speak when I called and extremely helpful in getting our unit serviced and we coordinated well, living three hours away, he was able to have it diagnosed and repaired under warranty in a reasonable time considering being short staffed. This is my second encounter with the service dept and I will say it is has been good experience both times. The only bad thing is a shortage of technicians throughout industry and service for the vans are not plentiful for the motorhome side. More
