We had a great experience at Mercedes of Burlington. Joe Panzino was excellent. He listened to what we were looking for and got us exactly what we wanted. Someone from the service department took my car home for the weekend. I brought my AMG in for an A service and a set of brakes Oct 9th at 8:00 AM . At 4:00 PM I was told the car would not be ready and t the weekend. I brought my AMG in for an A service and a set of brakes Oct 9th at 8:00 AM . At 4:00 PM I was told the car would not be ready and that it would be delivered to my home on Monday. Saturday night I checked the GPS on my car and found that it was located 2 miles away from the dealership near Mooney Rd in Burlington. I drove to Mercedes Benz of Burlington and could not locate my car in the service center or on the lot. I drove to where the GPS marker was on Mooney Rd and also could not find my car. On Monday my Mercedes App sent me a text saying the engine was started 10/11/2021 01:09:23 PM EDT at 53 Mooney Rd Burlington. Over the next few minutes I refreshed my car's GPS position and watched it be driven to the dealership. I asked the service rep David Yaboujian why my car was on Mooney Rd and was told that it was on the lot, security footage showed it on the lot all weekend, and that my GPS must be off. I use my car's GPS on a daily basis, including when I navigated to Mercedes Benz of Burlington, and it has never malfunctioned or "been off" my two miles. At 4:20 PM on Oct 11th I was told that my car would NOT be delivered that day. So I decided to pick it up myself. When I arrived I asked to see the security footage that showed my car never left the dealership and David Yaboujian refused. Twice my car wasn't delivered as promised. My brake pedal still goes half way to the floor. And I feel I was repeatedly lied to every step of the way. As near as I can tell the only reason my car wasn't ready the day I dropped it off was because some one wanted to take it home for the weekend. More
Hello all- when this dealership was owned by Bernie Moreno, the employees were client focused and pleasant. I suggest visiting the more seasoned MB Dealerships throughout Massachusetts. MB Burlington is the Yugo of Mercedes dealerships in the state. More
I was helping my daughter buy a CPO C-Class sedan. I live 10 minutes from MB Shrewsbury but my friend worked as a tech in MB Burlington so he suggested I come and check them out so I did and we bought a 2019 10 minutes from MB Shrewsbury but my friend worked as a tech in MB Burlington so he suggested I come and check them out so I did and we bought a 2019 CPO from Burlington. For the most part the transaction was smooth until I got to the Finance office. The Finance guy kept pushing the tire and wheel warranty on us and would not take No for an answer. I knew that it was a good idea to get it but he wanted a lot and even after an hour and he dropped the price significantly it was still a lot. So I declined and after delivery I ended up buying the tire and wheel warranty on my own. Also note that he messed up the paperwork on the MB Financial loan so we ended up starting to pay a month earlier than we should be but that's fine. An email to the guy of course went unanswered probably because I did not buy the warranty from him. Fast forward 5 months later my daughter banged up 2 wheels and flattened two tires. Flattened means it was leaking air slowly but still driveable if I pump air in every few days. My friend the tech there asked the service guy Steve Hurley and Steve said Yeah tell him to call or email me. Well. I emailed Steve providing all info and left my number. Never heard back. Keep in mind the car is driveable still. After a day went by I called Steve and left him voicemail. Never heard back. Another 2 days went by and another voicemail left. Never heard back. I called MB Shrewsbury and made an appointment for the following week and they took care of everything for me. Two tires replaced and two wheels refinished. I paid nothing because of the warranty. So for Sales I would give them a 3-Star. For service? Zero Star. I will not be back. More

I just purchased a 2020 E class vehicle from your dealership. It was my first time doing business in your dealership. I have purchased vehicles elsewhere and although I had good pas experiences the dealership. It was my first time doing business in your dealership. I have purchased vehicles elsewhere and although I had good pas experiences they do not compare with my dealings with TJ (TILAK JAYASEKERA). The man is outstanding. He is professional, up front and a pleasure to deal with. My loyalty has now switched from one of your prime competitors to Burlington MB. Thank you for having the foresight to have people like TJ on your sales staff. More
