I always have a good experience at the Mercedes Benz of Burlington with TJ, He is always great and very passionate about what He does yet so professional but my recent visit I met with TJ and told him about what I needed to be done, he called on Alan Doumanian to help me but I believe Alan is the best asset Mercedes Benz of Burlington has had as a staff, very polite yet so professional, empathetic and understanding, with the best problem solving skills, He executed my concern in a responsively in very timely manner, He offered 5 star customer care service to me and He did it with so much ease but to perfection. He brought the Tiffany customer care service to me as He out did himself. I could not be any happier with Alan and the whole group in general. The Nice lady at the coffee bar (didn't get her name) is Awesome too, great team over there. Much Appreciated
Terrible customer service. I expected delivery of my car next month, was told two weeks ago that there was a problem getting the leather seats I chose, that I should order vinyl seats because they were more durable. (clearly they wanted to sell me a car on their lot). I understand that people make mistakes, but nobody apologized or tried to help me get the specific car I wanted. Took my business elsewhere.
Steve has been our service manager for 8 years. After owning many different models of Mercedes, Steve always goes above and beyond when managing any issues that come up with our cars. It is always 5 star service.
Our service advisor has been outstanding for more than 10 years. He is always helpful and I fully trust what he says is needed. He went to bat for us with MBUSA when a prior car had an issue just out of the warranty period and they helped us out.
I had a very good experience with repairing my sprinter van. Highly recommend. Thank you.
I’ve always had great service at Mercedes Burlington. Steve Bergeron in particular has been so helpful throughout the past 7 years and he is why we continue to go here!
