They never seem to answer the phone in the service dept and despite leaving 3 different messages, they never return phone calls. I purchased a new van there in 2020 and the salesman was a gentleman and transaction was great. The van has about 18k miles, so I thought I would bring it in for numerous recalls and a service. when I arriv a gentleman and transaction was great. The van has about 18k miles, so I thought I would bring it in for numerous recalls and a service. when I arrived this morning for my appointment ( A friend took time out of her day to meet me there for a ride.) I was asked to sit down with Steve Bergeron to run through the scope of work. He asked for my name, which I provided, but apparently could'nt find my appointment. He got the VIN# and found it under my company name. Apparently that bothered him ( or he is always condescending and irritable) as he proceeded to question every issue I was trying to raise (there were only 3 or 4). He seemed more interested in arguing and selling me a service package (which I indicated I wanted when I made the appointment) but was so rude on the other issues I ended up leaving. I have never encountered such an unwelcoming service professional in my life. So that was about 7:15 this morning, I left with my vehicle and called the service manager I believe ("BIG MIKE") and left a very detailed VM about the situation. As I type this review at 11AM, I have not received a return call. I plan on bringing my van to another dealership and would encourage anyone looking to purchase a new Mercedes to go to another dealership. Although the purchase was fine, it is the service that you will need and spend more time with. More
