THEY SELL LEMONS WORST DEALERSHIP EVER - LIARS CHEATERS - PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU DEAL WITH THEM - THEY SELL LEMONS We have dealt with many dealerships over the WORST DEALERSHIP EVER - LIARS CHEATERS - PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU DEAL WITH THEM - THEY SELL LEMONS We have dealt with many dealerships over the years and I have to say Mercedes of Burlington is by far THE WORST dealership to date. All my husband Tony Silveira wanted was a comfortable luxury vehicle. When we asked for the Carfax on the first car we looked at and were about to close the deal on at first we were told it was clean but then further down into the report we found that it had been in an accident, almost as if someone tried to "clean" the Carfax up but forgot that one area of the report. We left the dealership empty handed. They Sales guy texted us the next day stating if we were still interested in that same vehicle and were just worried about the Carfax being clean when we go to eventually trade it in his Sales manager knew someone who could "clean up" the report. We still have this text message as proof. We thought this was shady and decided against it and to have them keep looking despite our instincts to steer clear of these people. We believed Mercedes to be a luxury vehicle and still really wanted one. A couple days later they called saying they had a different vehicle with all the features we wanted. We decided to go down and look at the one being offered. Eventually we closed the deal on this vehicle. NOW comes even more dishonesty and fraud; We have owned the vehicle for about two months now and it has been back to the dealership for service 6 TIMES with us only having driven the vehicle for a total of less than 3 weeks out of the two months. In doing some investigation on our own we realized the Carfax had an address from Texas and fully believe the car was down there during the floods. Based on all of the issues it had to go into service for our Mechanic believe this is the main reason. That same person that they know can "clean up" a Carfax report must have done some pretty good work in cleaning up this vehicle's history of having been flooded. See for yourself the car went into Service for the following; 1 - cracking on leather seat (ok no big deal) 2 - rear and front vibrations - 1st time around rotors and 1 tire was replaced 3 - we get it back, still felt vibrations when we picked it up, went back and changed out differential and axel, replaced a second tire 4 - went to pick up and command screen was not working at all - still felt vibrations 5 - tried to pick it up again, not only was Bluetooth not working, we found a dent and scratch on rear bumper that was not there when we dropped it off. Car left again 6 - tried once more to pick up car - radio system was not working! - Keep in mind this is supposedly a CERTIFIED pre owned 2015 C300 with only 22k miles At this point we advised them we were done with this vehicle. The General Manager, Tim Martino came down and said they would work to get us into a different car because of all the issues we were having. They advised us to come down this past Saturday to see what they had. We test drove two different vehicles, get to the point of working out the numbers only to be presented with us losing out 4k on the vehicle we have only owned for two months and for 80% of the time has been into their Service department. The salesperson told us he would advise Tim the GM of what happened on Monday when he returned. We fully expected a call from Tim but it is now Wednesday and we have not heard anything. We did however receive a call from the Service department stating our vehicle - THE LEMON - is once again ready for pick up. This time around the invoice states they had to replace the entire Command System unit, due to WATER damage. They told us they wanted to make things right. How is this right!? Maybe our lawyer can advise them on how to make it right with us. Maybe you as the consumer reading this review will know to steer clear of this dealership unless you want stress and headaches. More
Very unprofessional managers. Not the Mercedes experience. Service my vehicle at this location several times. And the last 3 times it was a complete nightmare. To the point. It ruins the whole Mercedes Benz experience that clients demand and expect when they buy a product like this ata certain price. There very unprofessional dealing with clients and a very dispointing way of dealing with customer issues when they are at fault for damaging your vehicle , not delivering your vehicle on time due to the incopedence of the parts department. I had more than one occasion things go wrong. And the way of dealing with it is making you look bad like it’s your fault and there better than you. Very poor management inthat delaership. And things have to change from the top. It’s a shame because the dealership is 5 star looks wise but service and dealing with customers, there horrible. Never in 15 years have I ever been direpected and treated like a third class citizen. Having a lot boy chase be down get in my face and demand something from me. In way like I should feel lucky that I am allowed to spend my money here. I will not be servicing my vehicle here no more or even plan to purchase one from here never friends or family of mine. so not recommend this dealership. Very shady practices with there loaner cituation. Form writing down the gas or the tracking device they have on the car to the give you a loaner dirty and you ask please do you mind running the car through the car wash and it’s like you asked him to hand wash it. Attitude in this place. I mean I have never , ever experienced anything like this no where else. they think there better than you kind of attitude and we the best and your lucky we let you service your car here kinda feeling. I made very clear when I left there I will not be returning. And what happens later on that day after a manager read on of reviews. He personally emailed to tell me I’m not welcome there any more. I’m like if that wasn’t the cherry on top. After I clearly stated I will not be going back there. I can write another page or two but there a limit to my patience with this dealership and the more a write the more pissed off I get. The totally don’t know ho to deal with a client of my caliber that owns a vehicle over $100 k. And that’s just one of my 5 vehicles. I don’t recommend this dealership. More

Terrible experience at the Mercedes-Benz of Burlington Had a regrettably terrible experience at the Burlington dealership that I hope does not reflect the standards of the Mercedes-Benz brand. As representatives of the brand they failed to deliver any semblance of good customer service. This dealership not only wasted my time but treated me poorly. I had arranged to view a certified pre-owned vehicle and made an appointment with Levon Artinian. I explained to this salesperson that I had seen a vehicle online and wanted to view it, however upon speaking to them they told me that the vehicle had sold, but offered to send me other ones to look at. When they sent me the other vehicles, low and behold the one I had originally inquired about was on the list. After inquiring again about the vehicle I had originally been interested I was told that the sale had not gone through and that it was available for sale once more. Instantly I told Levon that I would be there that night to view the vehicle, the dealership is approximately two hours from my house but I was going with full intent to purchase this vehicle. We arranged for a time, even though the salesperson was hesitant because he said he would be working with other clients at that hour but said he would fit me in between them. After working out and solidifying my plans and my time for arrival I went about my day without any further notice from them. When the time came I drove the two hours with my son to this Mercedes-Benz dealership so that we could test drive the car and proceed with the transaction, taking another person with me so that I could drive the purchased vehicle home that night. After spending over two hours at the dealership we sat down at the finance office And were then told that the vehicle, which they had let me test drive not long prior, had been sold before I had even arrived to see it. I am beyond disappointed and infuriated at the utter lack of respect for my time and their inability to uphold their own word in having made an appointment with me. I not only wasted over six hours of my time, but was unable to make my purchase. I was offered no other recourse nor given an apology for their behavior when all it would have taken is a phone call before my appointed time to let me know that the vehicle was unfortunately no longer available. I have lost faith after reading other similar reviews and do not understand why Mercedes-Benz allows this dealership to operate and sully the hard earned name of their brand. I will be taking my business to another well known luxury brand of vehicles which hopefully has higher standards of their dealerships than this. More
