Jim C. was prepared, clear and a pleasure to work with. Kim made leaving in a loaner comparable to what I was dropping just as simple. Service pricing (I think) may be even better than what I pay for my Volvo at the Volvo dealership. And my car is returned shiny and clean. Thanks for getting the cheese-its and dug out dirt out of the back seat area! If you choose to stay while they work on your vehicle, there is enough comfort and a barista to get you through your wait. Can't see why I would go anywhere else! More

Good service but diagnostic fees do add up unnecessarily Jennifer is always professional and courteous. However, service is quite costly; especially the diagnostic fees. I've paid a 148.00 fee on two occasions for the same brake noise that proves elusive, but I mange to hear 3-4 times a day. Then another 148.00 fee where a simple readout of error codes indicated a battery problem. Then on a prior visit additional programming fee on an already overly expensive key Fob. More
