Upon arrival the curtain went up and the Concert began , this was my first visit to the Dealership and I have to say incredible. I have been driving Mercedes for thirty five years or more and have alway's been pleased with prior dealers., However the process I encountered at Burlington was one of the most impressive I have ever had. The first person to greet me was the Owner Mr Waugh, who then introduced me to G.M. Tim Martino I mentioned That my app. Was with Tim Daley and he appeared in seconds. The Tour of the Dealership was beyond. Spectacular. Mr. Daley and I got right to the matter of the Auto and in no time I was being prepped to ride off into the afternoon warm Sun. Tim finish all of the purchase procedures and I went on to Steven Baker Business Manager for the dotted line . Next stop with Elaine Moreta Product Concierge,wonderful smart young lady who again went over the Auto. And would then see me on my way.
