I have always had 5 star service from Steve at MBOB. I always make an appointment and work with Steve once I get there. He always treats me great, like a friend. Communication during the service is fantastic (I prefer texts) and they provide a link to pay your invoice online/smartphone prior to pick up. I called today and spoke with Jean about making an appointment for an alignment on my S550. Jean was able to accommodate me today to have the service done at a time that worked well for me. I was completely satisfied with the service to my vehicle and the assistance Jean provided from start to finish which included giving me a complimentary exterior wash and vacuum of the interior. Finally, I was satisfied with the dealership itself as it provides a nice area to wait and relax while the alignment was getting done. I have own my S550 for the last year and each time I have come to this dealership for service I have left very satisfied with the work. More
In getting to the point, I had scheduled an appointment to have a couple of recalls performed on my Mercedes. Since I had a terrific experience purchasing my other newer Mercedes a few months ago, i thought that i would use Mercedes of Burlington. I have to admit, everyone from Brian who took my car in then brought me a loaner all the way to Sarah who was extremely professional, yet very obliging. Sarah was a good listener (Hard to find today) she took all detailed info and was out in no time. when the car was done Sarah kept the communication flowing admirably. Our Client Specialist, Jennifer Gorman was so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful which we really appreciated. Natarsha Figueroa the Business Manager was absolutely wonderful to work with and very informative on everything. One of the Best car buying experiences we've ever had. I had the best experience with this dealer while my car was under warranty. However, I recently took my car in because I the satellite radio stopped working. The service person, David, was angry that I w was under warranty. However, I recently took my car in because I the satellite radio stopped working. The service person, David, was angry that I wanted it repaired. They kept my car a week and would not return my calls for a status. I received an email telling me it was going to be $3200 to repair. I no longer trust this Mercedes dealer and plan to trade this car in for an Audi. I hear their service is far better. I need to find a new Mercedes repair shop until I'm ready to trade it in. I believe they are dealing with staffing issues but that does not explain why it takes a week to return phone calls. I left a message for the Assistant Service Manager I have not received a return call. That was 2 weeks ago. AVOID THIS PLACE. More
Had an appointment with the service manager Mike Brayman, I was there 15 minutes early. The girl at the desk told him I was there and he had me sitting there for over 45 minutes past our appointment ,never a I was there 15 minutes early. He makes it known that his time is much more valuable than yours. Read a lot of bad reviews about service dept on here. Time for a new service manager. More
wish i could no stars. Waited an hour and a half after they took my info. The service advisor David very unprofessional. I could not wait to get my car out of there. i had a major recall safety where i could not drive my vechile. I was so upset with the way i was treated i called triple A to tow my car to Haverhill Mercedes. they had me at Hello ! More
Disappointed As I’m about to schedule service for my 2021 GLE, I’m struggling to consider MOB. My past 3 visits to the MOB service department have been less than satisfactory. One visit resulted in 2 2021 GLE, I’m struggling to consider MOB. My past 3 visits to the MOB service department have been less than satisfactory. One visit resulted in 2 locking lug nuts falling out while driving. Another resulted in scratches on multiple wheels, and another with multiple scratches to the leather on the console, black grease on the seat and a solvent stain on the steering wheel. Your service representatives are very good and understanding of quality concerns I have, but my experience is that your service technicians have repeatedly delivered less than satisfactory service. Your brand is Mercedes Benz. You command a premium price to purchase and service vehicles. As clients, we expect premium service and delivery. I’ve not experienced that. I have purchased and serviced BMW and Land Rover at other Lyon-Waugh dealerships and all have delivered exceptional service without issues. Even previous Hondas and other brands have delivered satisfactory service without issues. You can do much better. Please do so. More
Unbelievable MB Dealership. Not sure how to even describe it. Bought three-service pack to maintain our leased GLA250. First service - Oil change got done. Although they tell yo Not sure how to even describe it. Bought three-service pack to maintain our leased GLA250. First service - Oil change got done. Although they tell you that they would everything to keep vehicle up to date, THEY DID NOTHING OTHER THAN CHANGING OIL & FILTER. NO wipers were replaced, NO tires were rotated or not even wind shield fluid was replenished. All these things were promised to be done each time service was done (costing $400-500/service). So, I made a separate appointment to get tires rotated today because I noticed front tires worn more than rear ones. It took 2 HOURS of waiting just to get tires rotated. They did not wash car or vacuum insdie although they said they would do when I went in. All I can say is that they spoke quite impressively before purchasing the service plan ($1500). NOW it seems like a different story altogether. Simply, I wonder is it just me or others also feeling same way. More
