The only challenge I had wit the fiance department was an extreme differential between the cost in the extended warranty between two different indivuduals. There was literally a difference of thousands in cost between the indivuals. Other than that, the sales team was fantastic, listened, and communicated effectively. Would have loved follow-up from my sales person to see how I was doing. Overall, happy with my experience. More

Easier than most things in life Purchasing a car, the car needs to speak for itself, not the person trying to get you to buy the car. They let that all happen and were kind and honest. Eddie even visited me about 16 miles away with the car I wanted to test drive, and it worked out that I was able to buy it. All went better than expected and it was all very easy. They were great, and generous with adding items I was looking for even though they weren't originally included with the CPO I selected.
