It took a while for us to finalize the purchase and we didn't feel any pressure from employees in the process, unlike many sales personal at some other dealerships. They cared about our criteria and went to such an extend to answer our questions, provide all the available options, and find us a great deal. I highly recommend them. It was truly a Five Star experience. More

My buddy recommended me to go to Mercedes-Benz of Burlington before I go to any other luxury dealership. His recommendation was spot-on. Dealership is beautiful with a waterfall fountain plus a nice cafe. The staff is extremely accommodating. I met Collin Stankard valet who took me to TJ a sales associate. TJ was patient and helped me find the right car for my needs. Chris Caputo GSM took the time and found the proper numbers to make me happy because I like to haggle. Then I sat down with Steve Baker a finance manager me made the paperwork easy peasy. Elaine PC had an awesome delivery for me. I learned the ins and outs of the car. Tim Martino the GM was out on vacation but made sure that everything was done properly and I was treated like a VIP. My father was in the car industry. I know the games and gimmicks the people like to run. I'm extremely happy that I only had to go to one place and had a great experience. I'm now part of the mbob family. More

Service experience not great Brought my 2017 GLC for service A and 4 new tires. Told the service scheduler one tire would be flat and pickup driver should bring pump to inflate. Brought my 2017 GLC for service A and 4 new tires. Told the service scheduler one tire would be flat and pickup driver should bring pump to inflate. They showed up at 7:30am with no pump. Never got the message. 3 hours later flatbedded to dealer. Then they don't have tires in stock! These are the original Perrelli's how do you NOT have them in stock?! So tires coming next day. Next day my "Service Counselor" is on vaca, so I get sub. Never calls me back, I have to hound them! I get passed around among service people, have to tell my story over and over. This is a company car and they can't figure out how to bill it. Finally, late in the day I am pissed and I let Savi know I need car back now or speak to someone in charge. Jason gets on phone and says car and billing all set, has attitude like I am a moron. No appology. So my service was handled by 5 people (Scheduler, Jennifer, Sokum, Savi and Jason) just for 4 Tires! Not great "Ownership Experience" Go to any other MB. I like MB of Danbury near my office. Oh yeah, 1 week later, no follow up from anyone to see how service was. More
