I wish I could rate higher but I’ve been struggling to find resolution with the MB Buckhead staff otherwise. The back story is that I helped my fiancé buy a new suv about two months ago and the sales man find resolution with the MB Buckhead staff otherwise. The back story is that I helped my fiancé buy a new suv about two months ago and the sales manager said all would be handled for the registration and to expect the new plate in 2-3 weeks, well before the temp plate expires. Fast forward to today, post numerous calls and attempts to rectify, and the plate that they shipped to the wrong address is still not to be had. The frustrating part is the lack of communication and the lack of urgency when we do get someone on the phone. This is customer service 101. I now have a legally unable to be driven, brand new vehicle sitting and I’m having to use what was intended to only be a weekend second vehicle as my daily while my fiancé utilizes my everyday car. Outside of this, the process was great and I really want to leave a good review and recommend the dealership to colleagues and friends but unfortunately the the actual sale is only part of the process and the ball has been completely dropped otherwise. More
