My experience with the dealership was wonderful. I couldn't have ask for any nicer person to deal with than Bob Worthington. He treated me as important as if I was purchasing a new vehicle. EVERYTHING WAS GREAT,ONLY AFTER FIRST VISIT,SALESPERSON DID NOT FOLLOW UP. WENT BACK AND HAD CAR THAT I WANTED. ONLY AFTER SHOWING CARFAX,DISCLOSED THAT CAR WAS FROM THE NORTH EAST AREA. HOWEVER,AF DID NOT FOLLOW UP. WENT BACK AND HAD CAR THAT I WANTED. ONLY AFTER SHOWING CARFAX,DISCLOSED THAT CAR WAS FROM THE NORTH EAST AREA. HOWEVER,AFTER PURCHASE SALESPERSON, FOLLOWED ME BACK TO MY HOME AND DROVE BACK TO DEALERSHIP,BECAUSE I DID NOT HAVE ANYONE TO ASSIST WITH BRINGING BOTH CARS HOME. THIS WAS A BIG HELP. More
Cynthia was absolutely great, hands down. We had a wonderful experience from the time we walked through the door until the time we left. We purchased a ML350 and had to do little to no bargaining. Cynthia was accommodating, allowed us the time we needed to make a decision without trying to unnecessarily influence us and most importantly of all, she was professional with a smile. Prior to going to this dealership, we visited many others but never received the quality service we received here. If you are considering purchasing a Mercedes, I recommend you speak with Cynthia because she will make sure your experience is awesome! By the way, we drove from Alabama to this dealership. More

I purchased a 2008 Mercedes Benz C 350 and paid cash for it. I have had to carry my car back to the dealership several times for problems that I have had. Se Kim has not been attentive to my concerns and has continually tried to convince me that the problems that I am having with the car is of fault of mine. Even though, I found out there are some problems that they are waiting on new parts for this car. My car is still under warranty mind you. Then Cynthia Parms has tried to make me believe that the things that the owners manual say is covered is simply not so. I believe in service after the sale and I have received nothing but poor service and excuses to blame me for something that the dealership is responsible for. More
I put my MB in for a scheduled service and requested a detail/wax while it was at the dealer-I had just been to the bank and left a large amount of cash in an envelope in a map pocket under the front seat detail/wax while it was at the dealer-I had just been to the bank and left a large amount of cash in an envelope in a map pocket under the front seat---completely forgot about it-After my car was serviced,in preparing my car to be detailed, Neil found the money and had Anthony call me to let me know it had been left in the car and would be put in the safe at the dealership for safe keeping- In this day and age, it is great to know that there are still individuals and organizations that take pride in their service and"in doing the right thing"- Thank you Neil and Anthony More

Sales representative left me hanging for a few months!! did not return calls, and kept $1,000 of a deposit for a new car!! Deal did not work out but maintenance is even worst. In short, they wanted me to pay for most of the maintenance of my other car, even though I was on a pre-paid maintenance plan. They did not want to cover my last oil change because somehow I was out of the maintenance "warranty". I'm not sure how a pre-paid maintenance plan for your first three visits got turned into a maintenance warranty but surely, sales agents were coming up with senseless stories about how that happened and how, even though I came only 7 days overdue for an oil change due at 36,000 miles with my car only at 30,000, I wasn't supposed to be covered. They tried to fool me for a long time. Finally, when I thought I had the issue resolved, they called me to tell me that two major items that were not done before (because after inspection a year earlier they determined they were ok, but I paid for in my plan of course) needed to be taken care of at this moment, and guess what, they were about $275 and I was out of the "warranty". So after I spent all this money on the service plan, they tried to get the most out of me by not doing what they were supposed to do, and then asking for more money when they had to do it at a different time. This is completely unexpected from a Mercedes-Benz Sales/Service center. I will never come back to this "stealership" for any future purchase, or service. Very disappointed... More

I have always taken my MB to RBM of Atlanta but had my car towed to Mercedes of Buckhead after I had an accident. I can not believe the horrible customer service at this dealer. They kept my car 2 weeks and would not give me a loaner car until my insurance approved the work and then they CHARGED me for the loaner!!! They hid the fees as "sublet charges - 300.00!" NEVER go here for sales or service!! The vibe everyone has is almost evil. I can not believe they are still in business. I plan on following up with Juanita Baranco, co-owner of the dealership, but I am sure she could care less. BTW, I had 2 tires and wheels replaced with an alignment and it was 2260.00! Go to RBM, Atlanta's original MB dealership. I could go on and on... I had a friend accompany me both times I was at the dealership to witness the lack of customer response and they could not believe it. More
