One of the things I liked most about Phil was that I had told him we were primarily just looking as we were loyal to another dealership that we had a long relationship with; he indicated he understood our position and respected it, but at the same time he asked me (after we had qualified which class of MB we were most interested in) what it would take for us to do buisiness with him. I liked that. I told him what it would take and he made it happen. We buy a lot of cars and you can be assured that Phil and Buckhead MB will have a crack at all of our future business.
