I was looking for a GL350 which is not a commonly held car. While the sales person was quite helpful on the test drive, the one in stock was sold right before I was going to test drive so I could not dri car. To get the car would require a trade with another dealer. I was told that this was a very difficult car and she was having trouble finding it. Meanwhile I went ahead and obtained financing (to show that I was not a tire-kicker) and I could not get the interest rate from them on what had been approved. I looked myself on autotrader.com and found two in South Carolina and asked her to check on them, she did, and said "those might work" and she'd get back to me. Why should I have to do the leg work to buy a car? In addition I asked specifically about mainenance costs for service A and B and instead of a straight answer got an e-mail forwarded from a service manager about the total over five years. When it came to finally trying to obtain a vehicle, it took a couple of e-mails and almost a week to find out that there were only two that met my criteria - and I'd have to pay the $1200 to get it here plus full sticker. And to add insult to injury, when I sent her an e-mail that said I'd decided to go a different direction, all I got was an "ok!". In the two weeks that I tried to buy a car there, I received one phone call from them; all the rest were instigated by me as were all the e-mails. I think this dealership might be just fine as long as you are buying something in stock and don't ask too many questions; otherwise you may want to look somewhere else. I found another Mercedes dealer in Atlanta who was more than willing to find my car and make a resonable deal. And to find the car in the Southeast took 30 minutes. More
Marc was very helpful. My CLS 550 lease expired this month so I started test driving this past fall in order to find a replacement. I met Marc at that time and he allowed me to drive several cars. This is my second car through Mercedes of Buckhead and Paul Tully and Emily Stubbs. The extra mile is not the way to describe it in terms of my experience with both. It would have to be the extra two miles and even more than that. No question unanswered. Follow through. Working to find the right car at the right price. Both Paul and Emily stayed with me as we located the right 2011 CLS550. I know they had my best interest as their major concern and really worked very hard to make this deal happen. I cannot say enough good things about their tenacity. 2011 year end is over and the 2012 has a styling change. Finding a new 2011 still unsold was the challenge. In addition they took my calls and responded many times into the evening answwering my questions and helping me understand. I cannot thank them enough. In addition they gave my wise decisions in terms of wheel warranty, chroming or not chroming the wheels. They really made sense to me to forego the chroming and to maintain the integrity of the wheel and the insurance. Again, my best interest. You have two winners there and the one last thing even more important than the rest is trust. I trust Paul and Emily. I trust them to do the right thing. This is not something a car salesperson gets automatically but must earn. They are not the stereotypical car salesperson. They broke that mold and win with their honesty and ethics. Thanks to both of them for helping me make a difficult decision and making it so it is financially right. More

My experience at Mercedes Benz of Buckhead was great. Phil Black is a pleasure to work with and is a straight shooter. He does not waste your time with a lot of fluff and he is trust worthy. She gave me a wonderful overview of the new cars available, she answered all of my questions and was so helpful I went to see her and look at the cars. Once there she put together a package that included everything I wanted at a price I was thrilled with.
