I recently purchased a CPO Mercedes C300. The sale went very well. John and Ronnie are very professional and made the car buying experience a pleasure. But after signing the sales agreement, things went do very well. John and Ronnie are very professional and made the car buying experience a pleasure. But after signing the sales agreement, things went down hill from there. My car was not clean but John said he would personally pick it up the next morning for cleaning. He did not come. Someone picked it up at lunch time so there wasn't enough time for the car to be cleaned like it should. I was also told that they would put my floormats in the car but they did not. I contacted the salesmen, the CPO manager, the customer service manager, and NO ONE would return my calls or email me back. A week later the manager of the detailing department called and said he would have the car cleaned the way it was supposed to be cleaned and that he would make things right but I would have to wait for him to do that because he was going on vacation. He also stated he would order my floor mats because I have had the car for two weeks and I still don't have them. I was told they are out of stock. I would think a dealership would keep floor mats on hand. The car was sold with dirt on the doors and door jams and grass on the carpet and wax left on the exterior of the car. If I was in sales, I would never expect a customer to accept a car in that condition. It should be spotless. At this point, if I need something done to the car, for instance, there is a broken switch on the door, I don't know who to contact because after the sale, the customer is on their own. No customer service going on at this dealership. I am so disappointed and I would return their car to them just on this experience alone. If you do buy a car at Mercedes of Buckhead, DO NOT LEAVE WITH THE CAR UNTIL YOU ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED because you will receive no customer service when you drive off the lot. More
