I have purchased my last two cars at RBM Mercedes and never received the level of customer service that Cole Mangrum provided to me as a new customer to Mercedes Benz of Buckhead. His level of knowledge never received the level of customer service that Cole Mangrum provided to me as a new customer to Mercedes Benz of Buckhead. His level of knowledge of the CLS 550 allowed me to easily make a decision that day that this car was exactly what I wanted. I appreciate his enthusiasm and look forward to many more years of excellent service and care of my car. More

We were very pleased with our experience at Mercedes Benz Buckhead, in particular with Coley Mangrum, our salesman. We almost bought a BMW but were so impressed with Mr. Magnum and his knowledge of the E350 Buckhead, in particular with Coley Mangrum, our salesman. Incredible experience with MB of Buckhead. From the first phone call to schedule a test drive (answered by the Sales Manager & personally set up by her), to being greeted by sharply dressed sales profe first phone call to schedule a test drive (answered by the Sales Manager & personally set up by her), to being greeted by sharply dressed sales professionals, to the fair appraisal of our trade, to the agressive initial pricing offer, to having the perfect vehicle (E350 Sport) in stock and untouched, to the quick sales process, to the very professional and customized walk-through/delivery of our new vehicle, to the pleasant meal at MB Cafe--- until the final handshake, we were impressed and pleased. We felt no need to "dealer shop" once we decided to choose the Mercedes E350 over the BMW 535i. We were sold on the dealer within the first 30 minutes. We are very satisfied with our purchase and look forward to being loyal MB of Buckhead customers for many years and vehicles. Great job gang- truly. The Mercedes Benz dealership in Buckhead for the most part provided a positive buying experience for me. For the past couple of months i have been car shopping. Granted, this helped with my decision to purchase from John. His integity and honesty made it impossible for me to purchase elsewhere.
