Overall I had a great experience at this dealership. The overall process from initial contact to drive off took only 1 day. Georgia was great. In 2008 she helped me lease a new C300 and I loved it so much, that as I was approaching the end of the term, I knew I wanted to lease another one from her. I walked in to the dealership prepared to fight for them, thinking I could easily be denied, but Emily didn't even bat a eyelash while intently listening to my needs. I was beyond impressed with her throughout every step of the process. I felt that she genuinely valued my good history with Mercedes, and would do what it took to keep me in the family. She made it all happen and then some, creating a far better outcome than I could have asked for.
