Process was great, easy and FAST. Appreciate the ability to do the entire transaction process by phone, email and fax. I hate to sit in the dealership for 2 hours while sales guys run numbers. Will was very friendly and accomodating. My wife and I used USAA Buyers Club to initiate our purchase of two (2) 2012 Mercedes-Benz vehicles (SLK 350 & E 350). When we started the process, the 2012 inventory was not yet available.
