I am very excited about my new Mercedes. My salesperson was Frederick Watkins, who was personable, knowledgeable, and charismatic. He made the visit pleasant and pressure-free. Every time I go I just feel like they are amazingly customer unfriendly. Every interaction is difficult - from shopping for cars, trying to work on a lease buy out, to general service on the warrantied customer unfriendly. Every interaction is difficult - from shopping for cars, trying to work on a lease buy out, to general service on the warrantied car we currently lease. Each of the interactions is so hard to get someone to talk to, someone to give a straight answer, and someone to just generally act like they give a darned about me as a customer. The first question to my service advisor is typically met with a 'we can't do that' or 'you will have to come back again' or 'you will have to talk to someone else who is not available' (and never call me back. Every time I leave I'm annoyed at them. Going forward, I'm just using them for warranty work. Else I will go to another general mechanic for regular maintenance and deal with my current financing and/or new car purchasing at RBM. I agree with the other reviews that they exude an arrogance and cockiness that isn't warranted. More
For showing up in flip-flops and jeans and driving my family's old hand-me-down Mercedes, I was treated like a second-class citizen here. I am a medical trainee who lacks the time and energy to get dress family's old hand-me-down Mercedes, I was treated like a second-class citizen here. I am a medical trainee who lacks the time and energy to get dressed up for a trip to the car dealership; and frankly, I don't believe I should be required to be dressed Buckhead-appropriate to get my car fixed or to be treated with respect as a paying customer. Over the course of our interactions, Duane Udo made numerous inappropriate remarks about my medical trainee status and incorrect assumptions about my financial status, commenting on more than one occasion that I should be thankful that he was "saving me a dime". Saving a dime for the "poor" medical trainee serves as quite a convenient cover for failure to diagnose whatever underlying issue has necessitated seven batteries, two alternators, and a windshield wiper motor in just two years. Duane actually had the nerve to repeatedly insist that if I stopped parking my car at Hartsfield-Jackson and my car was cleaner, I would stop having electrical problems. (Just to clarify, I've never parked at the airport. Additionally, the car was quite clean as it was my 2nd tow to MBOB in a week and they had washed it there at the first repair.) I explained to Duane that contrary to his assumptions, I actually had money and simply lacked the TIME to continually deal with a failing car; I then requested an actual solution instead of his worthless suggestions about airport parking. Duane then backpedaled and said sarcastically that he'd always suspected I was a millionaire. He then began outright lying, as he denied making his previous disparaging remarks about my car's appearance or assumptions about parking locales. At this point I asked him to stop wasting my time and to get me a manager. Duane informed me that no managers would get involved in my situation, and he then HUNG UP on me. Only after I put in a call to COO Paul Tully, who did sound sympathetic and concerned about his employee's rudeness, did Duane call me and apologize. In Duane's apology voicemail, he let me know that he treats all of his customers equally. If this is true, it is extraordinarily concerning. More

I was very pleased with my overall experience! John contacted me by email that he had exactly what I was looking for (and it was) and I immediately drove 2 hours from Highlands to see it. I was rather apprehensive that it would be different or the price would change but everything was as he said! I like honesty and in a busy profession needed quick results and I found both! Tony Nardone and Jon Keller are awesome service advisors. They finally diagnosed an issue that I had with my vehicle that has been annoying me for a while and which has been looked at by 2 other service advi They finally diagnosed an issue that I had with my vehicle that has been annoying me for a while and which has been looked at by 2 other service advisors and one other Mercedes dealer to determine that there was nothing wrong and that the car was functioning normally. They diagnosed the issue and fixed it within one day. Kudos to both Toby and Jon and to MB of Buckhead. I am very happy with their professionalism, service and attention to detail and their customers. I will go to them in the future for any issues that may arise. Great job! More
