I just purchased my first Mercedes,a 2012 ML350. After driving BMW's for 20 years, I am so glad that I made the switch! Marc was an exceptional sales person. He was concerned about my needs and did not driving BMW's for 20 years, I am so glad that I made the switch! Marc was an exceptional sales person. He was concerned about my needs and did not attempt to oversell or pressure me into buying the larger and more expensive model. Karleen assisted me in the tutorial sessions and was extremely patient when showing and demonstrating all of the assessories and electronics. I am still learning and I know that someone at the dealership will be there to assist me if I have any more questions. Keep up the good work; you all have an amazing product. More

From the time that i walked into the dealership i was greeted by Will Gardner,who was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I visited Mercedes-Benz of Buckhead in hopes to lease a 2012 C250. I met salesman Richard Kelley upon arrival into the dealership and did a test drive. Enjoyed the drive so much decided to lease the vehi 2012 C250. I met salesman Richard Kelley upon arrival into the dealership and did a test drive. Enjoyed the drive so much decided to lease the vehicle if a deal could be made. I really appreciate Richard Kelley taking the time to meet all my needs and how friendly the staff and finance department was. I am a single woman who sometimes feels I am an easy target to be taken advantage of especially in the car industry, but feel I was treated fairly and equal. I love my new Mercedes! (Apologize, but can't remember gentleman's name in finance department or the nice lady who showed me my car features upon delivery of my vehicle. Hopefully you have that information in your system...both were very friendly). More

Ronnie did a great job. I asked to speak with the manager so that I could avoid the back and forth price negotiations and he was very receptive and quickly got his manager. My husband and I came to this dealership to look at pre-owned cars and fell in love with a 2010 E550.
