the people were quite nice before I bought the car,they returned calls, and were very eager for me to buy the car, i really thought they were nice. and was telling people about them, until i found out some returned calls, and were very eager for me to buy the car, i really thought they were nice. and was telling people about them, until i found out some of the car features/ sysytem were not working, and i remembered they also had problems with setting up the bluetooth system which has only worked just for two days since i bought the car, and i've had it for 3 weeks now.and they never really explained to me the one i was buying did not have navigation system,which i would have loved to have, because the one i actually test drove had everthing, the only reason i did not not want it was because of the black interior, the one they sold to me has practically nothing, the only thing(blue tooth) it has does not even work. and i called several time to comlpain about this but none of them returned my calls. but they returned all my calls before i bought the car. i don't think i will recomend them because i feel they sold me a lemon, and they will only help you as long as you buy the car, but once contracts are signed..you are on your own..which should not be..i actually like the car, but it's got nothing even for taurus has better feaures than this car and it cost almost twice a ford taurus.. I really appreciated John's highly professional approach to doing business, his straight-up pricing, and none of the surprises or drama that seems to go along with most dealership experiences. Most folks do not like shopping for new vehicles because that’s very difficult to find at most dealerships....too many iterations, haggling and negotiations, back room conversations with teh sales manager, game-playing, etc. I experienced none of that and John Hiddleson and Mercedes-Benz of Buckhead delivered exactly the car I wanted wanted, even finding the car at the port in Brunswick, GA and getting it to me quickly. They even picked me up at my house on the day of delivery. I look forward to getting it serviced at teh dealership. More
