The strength of any dealership ultimately comes down to the personal contact made with the employees. You feel like you are in a high class showroom that knows how to serve the customer. After all, it's what the customer expected when going to Buckhead. With the expectations being fulfilled it is now up to the one on one relationship to sell a car. And that outcome is up to the Leadership of the company. Not management, the leadership, the office that sets the tone, the policy and hires those which embody certain desirable qualities which represent the virtues of the Leader. I bought at Mercededs of Buckhead because......I felt respected....and I knew I was respected. When you start a relationship this way you have set a tone of open dialogue , the rest is an experienced salesman who enjoys his job, after that its just mechanics. YOUR dealership gave me the deal I wanted, but it was the overall experience I felt that caused me to cancel my personal appointments and ink the deal. My salesman was Mr. Phil Black. My Finance man was Mr. David Maldonado ( Great Individual ). Phil was the first impression at the dealership. He did not wander over to meet my wife and me. He jumped the fence and briskly joined us . He was dressed as a businessman . From the moment he met us until he said good-by, Phil made the deal happen and has continued to follow up on the sale . I have since received phone calls and emails from Mr. Black. You asked me WHY I gave my high rating to your company. Number One , Phil Black. Number Two, for all the reasons above. Prior to meeting Ronnie, I had a great conversation with Tiffany Odom who made me feel great about the dealership and it's employees and asked me to come visit and give Buckhead an opportunity to serve me as I was headed to Jackson, MS to purchase my vehicle. I was glad that I visited Buckhead and walked away with the showcase vehicle and a great experience. More

I have purchasd two new Mercedes in the last couple of months, a 2012 E350 and a 2013 SL550. I have also owned a diesel E Class before these cars. I worked with Carol Davis on both purchases. I found C months, a 2012 E350 and a 2013 SL550. I have also owned a diesel E Class before these cars. I worked with Carol Davis on both purchases. I found Carol to be very sharp on the Mercedes line of cars, and she worked very hard to find me the E350 with all of the options/accessories I wanted. Carol as very patient and walked me through different options until we speced out the E350 which met my expectations. As for the SL550, Carol contacted me that one was on the showrom floor and I came by to look at it. After running some numbers, I bought it that same day for my wife. I never finance vehicles, but the interest rates which the business office could get me were so low and aggresive that I financed to purchase both vehicles. I've also owned several Ferrari F430's so I am no stranger to high end cars. I find the dealership Mercedes Benz of Buckhead to be the nicest, most well equipped, and overall best car dealership I have ever dealt with. Their Service Department is excellent, my service rep Chris Hansen is excellent, loaner cars are low mileage and very clean, all in all a great dealership. I also like the fact that there is a deli inside the dealership and due to my level of purchases I get $25 worth of food whenever I go by the dealership, plus unlimited free car wash and detail, so many a aturday morning is spent getting my car(s) cleaned up while munching on breakfast or lunch. Great dealership, great people, great service. A winning team. More
