Mr Watkins was very accommodating and patient. I was getting the C250 as a gift for my wife and I couldn't make up my mind on the color (black or white), features (heated seats, CD player, etc.), or ext getting the C250 as a gift for my wife and I couldn't make up my mind on the color (black or white), features (heated seats, CD player, etc.), or extended warranties and service. Fred explained and demonstrated all of my uncertainties and even switched the car from black to white AFTER the black car was cleaned-up and ready to hit the street.
