Dealerater, keeps sending me notices stating that my truth about my experience and the emails sent or not valid. The taking of my 5000.00 and their unprofessionalism is something they do know wish the public to know the truth. I want my money I them nothing and Jason Reeves is not a professional. FREEDOM of speech and we suppose to tell the public about our experience from this Mercedes of Buckhead Dealership. Stay away from this place. A failure. Their friends are removing my reviews about a bad experience. I write Truth. IS dealer rater a respectable site for fairly reviewing its' company MBOB. Leave my previous review too. :EXTORTION" is it extortion??? I have not- said the investigator received my $5000.00 money back on my charge card taken by Jacob Montague in Dec and it is now February and not yet back in the charge acct . I want it. I bought zero, I owe them zero, I was in shocked when contacted that MBOB has made a false charge on my acct.. I have contacted Manager Mr. Geoff Meeker and he knows about it and earlier I contacted him about the unprofessionalism about Jason Reeves, Jacob and others and he pretended to call me back and he has not. CUSTOMERS I WAS TOLD by honest-HONESTLY<that this mbob is not a respectable entity. STAY away. Go to the other Mercedes Dealerships. VERY unprofessional place. You must know the truth and Dealer rater said they are removing my reviews. Obviously, they do not want a potential buyer to know the truth. Go to Germany but check out the other dealerships you will most likely be happy you di. Blessings to all. Sonja.

just received another email stating that it will post on 2/26 19 and someone to contact me. I need a phone call because obviously you do not want the public to know the true experience that I had with MBOB. The service was Ridiculous. Today is 2/12/18. I owe MBOB zero. I have not purchased anything from them, I complained also about the false charge Jacob Montague put on my account. I bought zero , I owe them zero , they owe me $5000.00. I have left messages again for the manager as told today by phone, I recorded my call message to Geoff Meeker about the problem and I also sent him a message that I have a copy of to LinkedIn. Jacob Montague has not put the funds back on the card last contacted. Reviews should not be removed for telling truth experiences. Freedom of speech is for all. Why remove it. Do I need the law to take this problems to TV? My reviews are truth and the bad experience I had at MBOB. Can you contact me today by phone?

Thank you to the top professionals David M. and G Baranco and others that showed concern about the wrong done to me I thank you too. Well, Mr. Meeker called today and said the funds are back on the acct. and we by 3 way phone connection spoke to the representative said the funds are back. Thanks Jeff and all that assisted. As we mentioned before, we apologize for not returning your call. A mistake on our part left your messages from May and today with staff members who were on vacation. As that staff is in a different building from our telephone operators, the person with whom you spoke was unaware. This is inexcusable on our part and we have taken steps to remedy this as we move forward. We find that, in almost all cases, our services are priced less than other authorized and certified Mercedes-Benz dealers in the Atlanta area. In the case of routine scheduled maintenance, like the A and B services, we are much less than any other metro-Atlanta dealer. We will continue to do whatever is possible to offer exceptional value for our customers.
