Terrible Service Experience Today was my last straw with this dealership's Service Department. I've had my vehicle serviced here for the last 2 years and at first it was an excep Today was my last straw with this dealership's Service Department. I've had my vehicle serviced here for the last 2 years and at first it was an exceptional experience when I had my past Service Advisor Brianna Redding, but when she left and I got switched to Jason King. It has been downhill with my Service Experience. He was extremely rude from my first service appointment with him, and every service visit thereafter. I've requested a new advisor but still end up being assigned him. He has terrible customer service, rude, dry behavior towards me and it is unacceptable. I am spending thousands of dollars to get my fine automobile serviced and a pleasant customer service experience comes with owning a Mercedes Benz, correct? Today I brought my vehicle in for a front bumper problem and he was so dry, didn't care to hear my explanation, and rushed me in and out of his little office. I am so done with this place after today! Now, this dealership has some good service people, however, Jason King is not one! I'm never going here again and definitely advise anyone to switch advisors to someone else if you want an exceptional experience. More

Why did I have to be treated this way 😞 So I got my car serviced Mercedes-Benz Dealership in Buckhead 😓, they keep my car for 7days, Gave me my car back Tuesday and told me my car wa So I got my car serviced Mercedes-Benz Dealership in Buckhead 😓, they keep my car for 7days, Gave me my car back Tuesday and told me my car was fixed. 3days later........ Today my engine just started smoking and engine light is back on. My boss fired me today because they felt like I’m not dependable to make it to work on time because of my transportation problem this dealership has cause me to have. I left voicemails for a week for the service manager and general manager to contact me, however nobody returned my calls. I called the Mercedes-Benz of buckhead today crying and begging to speak with the general manager and when I finally spoke with the General manager and he told me “He will see what he can do, but he cannot make any promises” 🤔🤔🧐 bye the way roadside never showed up 😐 So I caught a ride home and left my car on the side of the road. Then to top everything off, they violated my privacy buy posing my personal information online 😞 I never knew owning a Benz would bring me this type of embarrassment. More

Poor service, ugly physical plant Not remotely what you'd expect from a Mercedes dealer, especially one in the heart of the "fancy" part of Atlanta, Buckhead. The staff is unprofessional, the physical plant itself is ugly and worn, and the communication in the sales and service department are both poor. I will be transferring my service to a different MB dealer in the area. More
