Awful Customer service treated like I didn’t belong Went to look at an SUV had scheduled an appt. waited 30 minutes for the person to find the salesman that I was to meet. I felt like a bother and because I had a different brand car to trade it was over before it was over. I was told for what I was looking for Mercedes is not a volume dealer so I won’t get great financing. I was surprised with my 820 middle score. It was recommended and told to me in order to have a payment under 800 my only option was a demonstrator. I was also told if I wanted service I would have to prepay that upfront. He didn’t try to close a deal printed a quick quote and no follow up. A week later the “phone partner called to ask how my visit went and I told him it was the worst experience I have ever had in a car dealer. I have been leasing with Audi and BMW and was also told they are not Mercedes and they are high volume dealers and they can offer better pricing. Needles to say I was really disappointed and told my friend who was looking for the same SUV not to go to this dealer. More

Poor communication and customer service from Service Dept. Negative experience ongoing with Mercedes-Benz of Buckhead service department. Had my car towed to the dealership on a Thursday after confirming with Negative experience ongoing with Mercedes-Benz of Buckhead service department. Had my car towed to the dealership on a Thursday after confirming with service that an advisor would call first thing Friday morning. Spent all of Friday and Saturday trying to get updates from the Mercedes-Benz of Buckhead Service Department - they have had my vehicle 72 hours/16+ working hours without originating ANY updates on my vehicle. Take your vehicle to their competitors instead - Mercedes-Benz of Marietta or South Atlanta. $165 dollar diagnostic fee PER issue - need your sunroof button replaced? $165 rolled into cost of repair. Obscene service costs ($760 for oil, filter, fluids, "suspension tightening") More

I did all the prep work thru the internet with Mike, who gave me a more than great quote for a lease, but was honest, straightforward, and above all caring that our experience would be top notch. Time was running out to take advantage of the Mercedes Winter Sale, and Mike went to great lengths to find us a car, AWD, that was scarcely available in the Atlanta area. Without any hassling, Mike gave us a terrific deal on a lease, without the need to go back and forth with negotiation.
