Horrible. No time or attention. Very frustrated I am not treated the way I should for a luxury dealership. My sales rep is not working with me to keep me with Mercedes. He was silent on the test drive and doing only the bare minimum. He is suggesting I go out and do things my self. For example there is a little damage to the rear of the and he is not willing to help me to find the best option. He is not listening to me about my concerns and wants in a new vehicle. I immediately went to Audi after my meeting and had a much better experience - I will not be staying with Mercedes unless something drastically changes. More

Unbelievable Poor Customer Service We have been bringing our cars to Mercedes Benz of Buckhead for over five years and the service has gotten progressively worse. My last visit will be We have been bringing our cars to Mercedes Benz of Buckhead for over five years and the service has gotten progressively worse. My last visit will be my last. I needed to have a tire replaced after hitting a pothole. When I called, the first question they asked me was if the tire was in stock. How would I know what they have in stock? So rather than checking for me, they transferred me to the parts department so I could check for them. After waiting I was informed that there was a separate depart for tires and got transferred to them. Again I waited. Luckily the tire was in stock so I asked to be transferred back to the service department and the call disconnected. Called back, disconnected again. Finally the third time was the charm and I was told I could drop the car off even though no appointments were available and they would fit me in. When i arrived at the dealership Joshua Jamison in the service department told me it wasn't his job to look up my warranty information and that he didn't have the time. Instead I needed to call the Mercedes dealership where I purchased the vehicle and ask them for the information for him. I am not paraphrasing, those were his actual words. Keep in mind this a warranty that I purchased through Mercedes and that another service person at the same dealership had no problem finding a few weeks prior. I asked to speak to his manager, who he got but only after making me a wait an extended period of time. Rick Morea, the service manager, was able to find the information so I could finally leave the dealership. Once they completed the work, they called to tell me that the machine that removes the tire had scratched my rim so they needed to keep the car another day to repair it. At least I was offered a loaner vehicle until my car was ready. All this on the weekend we were having our daughters birthday party. This is not the kind of service I expect from any service department, much less from Mercedes. Needless to say, I am no longer a fan of Mercedes Benz of Buckhead. More

Never ever disappointed! Always extremely HAPPY! They always take me as soon as I drive up. I met with Josh. He was personable and very professional. He explained everything to me that needed to be done on my car. He had a driver take me to a shopping center - so I could shop while my car was being serviced. 2019 GLS 450 purchased from Malcolm Mackey I really appreciate the fast response and no hassle way Malcolm works. I walked in with an idea of maybe buying new at MB Buckhead or used at RBM. I really appreciate the fast response and no hassle way Malcolm works. I walked in with an idea of maybe buying new at MB Buckhead or used at RBM. Malcolm took me directly to the new car I had in mind. We did a test drive and I told him my parameters to get the deal (which were a good price and the car had to have leather seats) He quickly responded with a car that he found with leather in Texas that fit my requirements and with purchase/drive out price of it and pricing for the one that I test drove with MBtex. I thought both prices were fair enough that I did not need to haggle. The one with leather was out of town and required transport and hence had a much higher drive out than the MBtex car that I drove so I selected the MBtex car that I test drove. We did the paperwork and financing that day and I brought a check for my down payment the next day and drove off very happy. More
