Horrible Experience First off, I’ve had to purchase (2) SETS OF TIRES every year since, I bought my 2017 c300 Mercedes. I’ve also had to have the (ROTORS, BRAKES) replace First off, I’ve had to purchase (2) SETS OF TIRES every year since, I bought my 2017 c300 Mercedes. I’ve also had to have the (ROTORS, BRAKES) replaced on my vehicle for 2 years in a row as well. The first time the rotors and brakes where replaced was only 13 months after, I purchased my brand new car. I was told I only had a warranty on my vehicle for 12 months for parts, and Rick Morea did (honor) replacing the brakes/rotors last year. I’ve never in my life had to have rotors/brakes replaced on a 1 year old vehicle before. Not even 2 weeks ago, I took my vehicle in for service due to hearing a squeaking noise in my brakes. I was told I had 2 tires that needed to be replaced, that they didn’t know where the noise was coming from, but I still had a lot of brake pad left on my car. My advisor Jason King told me if I want the noise to go away, I had to replace the rotors, and brakes AGAIN! I asked him if they took everything apart, and he told me NO they just test drove it. So instead of them giving me a proper diagnosis they just told me I would have to spend almost $1,000 replacing the rotors/brakes on my vehicle. I was highly upset, because I don’t even drive my car hard. I kept telling Jason that, I wasn’t expecting to spend that much money on replacing rotors/brakes due to the fact they where just REPLACED A YEAR AGO! He is was very nonchalant, not helpful, and as usual had a attitude. I notice he is cordial as long as nothing is seriously wrong with my car, but his attitude switch quick when you REALLY NEED HIS ASSISTANCE. What really upset me was the phone system was out at Mercedes for almost 5 days, and they had to via text all of their clients. I had to relay messages to Jason King through the online text messaging system. When he would send me a message he wouldn’t reply back to my message. I decided to go ahead, and get my brakes/rotors replaced, and buy a whole new set of tires. I also reached out to Rick Morea regarding my warranty and my vehicle being covered for the rotors/brakes he informed me there was nothing he could do since he honored them both in 2018. I even talked to Mel, and he gave me 10% off my rotors/brakes, and they had a special $150 off 4 new tires. Nevertheless, I still didn’t plan on spending $2,414.98 on all of those repairs. I’ve had so many issues with my vehicle, and have had several recalls that I felt like they could’ve still done more regarding my vehicle. I also have wheel and tire insurance, but was told my 2 tires wasn’t covered under that. I also was told that I only had a 12 month warranty on the set of tires that, I had bought last year. So nothing would help covering my tires neither at that point. When it was time for me to pick up my vehicle Jason King sent me a invoice that was more than what we had discussed, and I kept telling him via text I wasn’t going to pay that amount. I had added everything cent for cent, and it is like he was trying to get over on me. He then sent me a invoice for THE CORRECT AMOUNT, and told me my car was ready. When I went to go pick up my car, I looked at the invoice. It stated that: FRONT BRAKES WARPED AND DISCOLORED CAUSING SQUEAL. Now I was told that nothing was wrong with my brakes, but when they FINALLY TOOK MY BRAKES OFF TO REPLACE THEM (THEY WHERE WARPED)! I can’t believe they lied like nothing was wrong with my brakes only to find out they where messed up. I don’t like the fact that they mislead me, didn’t go the extra mile with assisting me with having me pay all of that money for a vehicle that isn’t even 2 years old, Jason King having the worse attitude, and acting like he could careless about my issues, and the horrible customer service from him this time. I have had nothing, but the worse experiences dealing with my car. I’ve spent thousands of dollars on my vehicle, and have had so many issues that, I regret ever buying this car. So you are telling me this is what, I should expect with mercedes? Horrible customer service from the service department, and spending thousands of dollars to REPAIR A BRAND NEW CAR OVER AND OVER AGAIN? More

Unprofessional and negligent service. Avoid Mercedes Bend of Buckhead at all costs. Unprofessional and negligent service. This is the worst Mercedes Benz dealership in Georgia, by far. If Avoid Mercedes Bend of Buckhead at all costs. Unprofessional and negligent service. This is the worst Mercedes Benz dealership in Georgia, by far. If you want to enjoy your car for years to come, this dealership won't help you get there. Trust me. Would give 0 stars if I could - have to give 1 star in order to post. I went here on 3rd of May. They told me they'd have to keep my car and won't know when my car would be done, but assured that it wouldn't be longer than 5th May. They were out of loaners (at least that's what they said), so I was left with no car. I really needed a car, so I went in again on the 4th to take my car. They told me that the service was done, but they're still waiting for parts and would not release the vehicle. The parts I wanted were cosmetics, not mechanical. So the car could function fine without them also. Today is 10th May, and I have still not received my parts. So had I not gone in on the 4th, these guys would have kept my car for a week. I was told to pay for the service if I wanted to take my car out and then come back tomorrow (4th May) for the parts. Again, today is 10th May, and still no sign of my parts. My service advisor told me he'd keep me posted every step of the way - He did not. And the service that they performed was also just horrible. My air filtering tube wasn't even hooked under the hood - they just left it hanging. The engine warning light went off, the tire pressure was not set, and one of my sensors went missing. Before writing this review, I reached out to 2 senior people at Mercedes Benz of Buckhead and waited a whole week for their response and a potential solution. They did not even bother to respond. I am attaching pictures so you may see for yourself. Keep in mind that I am a huge fan of Mercedes Benz and it pains me to write this review. Such a great car with horrible service experience really spoils the whole package. Now, I will be going to RBM of Atlanta. Shameful dealership. Not becoming of a car manufacturer like Mercedes Benz. Airbag replacement After waiting for three years to finally get my defective airbag replaced I set up an appointment online to have the work done. The web site said it After waiting for three years to finally get my defective airbag replaced I set up an appointment online to have the work done. The web site said it would take 30 minutes so I took a book to read. When I talked to the service advisor she said the work would take 2.5 hours. I decided to take the shuttle home. After not hearing from them for four hours I called and was told that the car was ready. I was also told that the shuttle stopped at 3:00 PM so I would have to get to the dealership on my own. I decided to pick it up the next day. When I went to pick the car up the service lanes were in complete disarray with cars parked in ever direction. I paid for my car and waited for it to be delivered, and waited, and waited. After 30 minutes I asked about where it was. After a mumbled response at finally showed up about 10 minutes later. The service lanes were all blocked so I had to walk a block in the rain to get to my car. On my way home I noticed that the horn did not work. None of the radio or phone controls on the steering wheel worked. The paddle shifters did not work. So much for quality control. Now I am waiting to hear back from the dealership so that I can start a new adventure with them. More
