Below is the email I sent to Mercedes Benz of Buckhead. Their resolution is to give me a low ball trade value and to make even more money on the faulty vehicle they sold me last year. I've escalated this to the AG's Office, Secretary of State, BBB and Mercedes Benz USA, FBI Protection Agency, State Senator's Office and Lt Governor's Office. "I hope this message finds you well. I purchased a 2019 CPO GLE 63 AMG Coupe from you last year. I recently have been trying to trade it in for a newer vehicle and every dealership has been low balling me. Come to find out, the Mercedes your team sold me has a 2021 Police Report (theft). This was never disclosed to me and now every dealership wants to give me 20-25K less than the vehicle is worth (attached is the report). Some won't even touch the vehicle. I am very upset and feel misled and stuck with this car now". Make sure you check both CarFax and AutoCheck, since Mercedes of Buckhead does not do their due diligence, you should. More

We just purchased a Pre-Owned vehicle--turned out to be a very good experience. Sales consultant was thorough, persistent, answered all our questions, and overcame every obstacle. Impossible to get through to service. I have called many times and three of those times I left message for a call back......NO RESPONSE. I purchased my certified used MB at this dealers I have called many times and three of those times I left message for a call back......NO RESPONSE. I purchased my certified used MB at this dealership. I have just over 13k on the car in just under two years. Now my brake pad warning light is on. If the car was actually certified I don't think the brakes would be worn out this soon with so few miles. It would be appropriate if I was able to speak with someone. More
My service consultant Michael Goggin is fantastic. He always tells me what I need for my Benz and makes sure that he does diagnosis on the car before doing cosmetic things. He will attempt to provide the service quickly if I have a reservation or I drop in. He will remind me of things we need to do at the next service appointment if I elected or declined a service. He will tell me how it will affect the performance of my Benz. He appears to have a great relationship with the other departments especially the greeters. I have his number on speed dial. More
Sales experience was near perfect, and for 4 years my service experience met the same standard. When he left and I was assigned another advisor it couldn’t have been more different. He put forth very little effort to address my service needs. They were not complicated and could easily been handled with just a little interest. When I was sent a questionnaire after the service (by phone and electronically by MB) I indicated that I needed to speak with someone from the dealership to discuss my concerns with service. I called the dealership and requested to speak with someone about my experience. I never received a reply. It’s been 3 years and I’m obviously not still waiting for a response. I still have that vehicle and I’ve since purchased another. I have not and would not return to this dealership. More
