We had a fantastic experience with Michael Tucker at Mercedes of Buckhead. After spending the morning in a couple other nearby “high-end“ dealerships, we instantly noticed how friendly and genuine every Mercedes of Buckhead. After spending the morning in a couple other nearby “high-end“ dealerships, we instantly noticed how friendly and genuine everyone was here- EVEN when we were looking for a used vehicle in a specific price range. Michael gave us practically his entire day and made it such a stress-free experience, he even had us laughing for most of it! He was knowledgeable, professional, dressed like a million bucks (and everyone else working there, too!) and never pushy. He made what we were anticipating being a nightmare in to a pleasant and efficient day...we left with an awesome car. As we were leaving, a beautiful woman who I think was the lead sales manager or dealership manager approached us to thank us for our business. I can’t recommend this dealership enough! We drove from 3 hours away where we were unhappy with our local Mercedes dealer. Michael, thanks again! You rock. More

My first time doing business with this dealership based on recommendations from friends and I am very satisfied with the customer service and the vehicle itself. Mr Tucker was extremely accommodating with on recommendations from friends and I am very satisfied with the customer service and the vehicle itself. Mr Tucker was extremely accommodating with regards of my questions and concerns about the car. What I appreciate most of all was the relaxed, no-rush manner of concluding the purchase of the car. I had concerns about of the tires and it was agreed to be replaced promptly. Finding the spare key of the car was icing on the cake. As a business owner, I highly appreciate the level commitment to customer satisfaction from this dealership. More
Condescending & sloppy - not a good combo. I really was hoping not to have to leave this review, but alas - no choice. My husband and I bought a CPO 2016 E350 from this dealership on New Years I really was hoping not to have to leave this review, but alas - no choice. My husband and I bought a CPO 2016 E350 from this dealership on New Years Eve night. The salespeople aggressively pushed the narrative that CPO means the car was the absolute best condition example we would be able to find and worth the price premium over the rest. At delivery, the car would not start - dead battery. This should have been a sign that the "rigorous CPO inspection" is a farce. Our salesman attempted to assure us that after a boost, there was nothing wrong with the battery - but we had it put in the paperwork that they would replace the battery at their expense. Not a huge deal. When we got it home the first night, the parking brake stuck engaged in our driveway. The only way to get it to release was to pull the pedal upwards with your foot at the same time you pulled the release handle. Again, something you would think would be caught by CPO inspection. When seeing it the first time in the daylight (this dealership stores cars inside and we took delivery at night) we noticed damage to weather seals on all 4 doors and damage to the steering wheel. They provided paperwork stating what work was performed as part of the CPO process and in that paperwork it was noted "steering wheel damaged - needs repair" - yet they had not done this. So we ended up taking it back right away with our complaints, and they kept the car for 4 days. Once picked up the parking brake release handle is now barely attached to the car, though it will release the brake it is still not right. But this can be fixed, although inconvenient for us and sloppy on their part. What will stop us from ever returning to MB of Buckhead or recommending it, and the real motivator behind this review, is the salesman we dealt with, Dave. In spite of being told repeatedly that this was our 5th Mercedes-Benz car, he could not stop himself from constantly - and condescendingly - trying to tell us we simply don't understand how a Mercedes works, essentially. Our car has an issue with Bluetooth - dropped calls, skipping audio - that surfaces every drive. We researched it and it looks like a software update could resolve this. Dave told my husband, not in these exact terms but basically, we were just too stupid to know how to properly pair a phone and that he would have a product specialist show us the right way since Mercedes is complicated. Then, upon picking the car up, he stated the software was updated. Best I can ascertain, this was a lie - Bluetooth issues continued immediately. For anyone reading this - Mercedes is no more or less complicated with bluetooth pairing than any other car. Bluetooth is not a Mercedes technology and is in almost every car today. Do not let anyone tell you otherwise. In the end, I'll be going to a different Atlanta area dealer to solve the few remaining issues with our E-class. A dealer that perhaps won't talk to us or treat us like this was our first purchase of a big-boy car we're too dumb to understand - something that is especially infuriating as a long-time Mercedes owner and enthusiast. I recommend anyone reading this do the same... go elsewhere. Atlanta has plenty of options. More
I have never had a negative experience at this dealership I didn’t realize the error until I got home. It began to mist and my wipers automatically started. Only one blade was in place! The passenger blade ha I didn’t realize the error until I got home. It began to mist and my wipers automatically started. Only one blade was in place! The passenger blade had been left off. I spoke with my service advisor and he asked me to go to the nearest dealer and get a replacement. It is Albany which is about an hour away. Extremely inconvenient. More
