I also dealt with Dana Lolano and Umer Iqbal from the sales team who were both great. When the day to deliver the car came, I was in for an excellent surprise presentation from the team. Fred Abban gave a good review of the ins and outs of the car to me which was great, since who has time to go through the manual to learn all that stuff.
