As always I call the dealership when I have any issues. I always ask for Frank no matter what the problem is. Frank is beyond professional and always jumps through hoops to take care of my issues. Mr Frank Deluca was extremely helpful when I had to have some service work done. I live about one hour from the dealership and Frank Deluca offered to pick my car up in the morning and bring it back in the some service work done. If I could rate this dealership with 10 stars I would. I recently called Frank Deluca to see if he could help me with a warranty issue on my 2020 GLE as another dealer in Miami (MB of Miami) claimed tha I recently called Frank Deluca to see if he could help me with a warranty issue on my 2020 GLE as another dealer in Miami (MB of Miami) claimed that the issue was not covered under the extensive warranty I purchased and tried to charge my thousands of dollars to repair this issue. Frank spoke to his manager and they agreed to fix the problem with no charge. In fact, Frank drove over 125 miles to pick up my car and provide me with a loaner. Car was fixed in 2 days. Who does this? Frank Deluca does!!! No matter where I am in the US, I will be buying every new MB from Frank and this dealership. At a previous service appointment a mechanic failed to make a proper connection with something that involved the brake system. It drove for a few days, but then wouldn't start...had to be towed.
