Very pleased with Service staff for replacing my new car AC compressor due to failure and providing a quick turn around. Dealer pursued my issue to resolution. When a part was not available they continued w AC compressor due to failure and providing a quick turn around. Dealer pursued my issue to resolution. When a part was not available they continued work on a Saturday to get my car fixed. This was warranty work but the dealership striving for excellence and customer satisfaction has made me a repeat cutomer. The AC tech working on a Sat due to parts delay was above and beyond expected. Also the Service Manger (Carlos) was actively engaged to ensure my car was fixed to my satisfaction. His participation had significant impact on my ratings. The Service advisor (Torrey) was great to work with and was also customer focused. All in all I will use this dealership for all my service and new car sales instead of another Mercedes dealer closer to my home. I am a repeat customer to this dealership (bought several MB cars) which is the real proof of satisfaction. More
