I called Renee within a few hours. I had a full video of the car and an appointment to see it. Within another day we had a deal. Recently, I unfortunately was involved in an accident. Renee was the first person I called to start the search. She is not your typical car salesman/saleswoman. She listens to what I am looking for and my needs. She answered all my questions and explained even more so. I never feel pressured. She both times has gone above and beyond making buying a car a positive experience not a horrible job! More
