While being taken care of, Jose called to tell me of a new issue with the car's air conditioning. I was very, very surprised because the air conditioning had been working fine. The dealership let me keep the loaner for several extra days while they tried to find the cause of the problem. Initially, I was upset, but Jose managed the process and kept me informed, while he worked with the Service Director to resolve my concerns. More
